Nutella-Stuffed Strawberries

I am a Nutella lover. I realize the hypocrisy as I preach "eat organic" from every rooftop. I just can't seem to help myself. As I write this, I have a couple of frozen Nutella cookie rolls in my freezer whispering for me to save them. I keep them frozen, so I have to be mindful about when I consume them.

With summer in full swing this is one way to enjoy the chocolaty cream spread.

  • 1/4 cup Nutella

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips, melted

berries on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet, point side up. Remove toothpicks; refrigerate strawberries until set. Just before serving, dust with confectioners’ sugar.
