Join Me In The August Walking Challenge


Walking is one of my favourite ways to get some exercise in. I love to go with a friend and chat, with my dog Tank, or by myself to enjoy the nature around me.


I would love to share my love for walking with all of you so I create August's walking challenge. Not only will it get us walking every day, but it will allow us to slowly build up the ability to walk for longer periods of time.
