On a hot sunny day, there is nothing better than a refreshing, cold fruit popsicle! Great for the kids to have as a snack to cool off, while also being a great source of fruit.
Strawberry Popsicle Ingredients
Makes 5 popsicles
2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed
1/4 cup apple juice
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 pinch salt
Blueberry Popsicle Ingredients
Makes 5 popsicles
2 cups frozen blueberries, thawed
1/4 cup apple juice
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 pinch salt
Instructions
Combine strawberry popsicle ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into 5 of the pop molds. (If you need to purchase a mold, click here)
Repeat process with blueberry popsicle ingredients.
Place in freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight.
