Homemade Fruit Popsicles


On a hot sunny day, there is nothing better than a refreshing, cold fruit popsicle! Great for the kids to have as a snack to cool off, while also being a great source of fruit.


Strawberry Popsicle Ingredients

Makes 5 popsicles

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed

  • 1/4 cup apple juice

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 1 pinch salt

Blueberry Popsicle Ingredients

Makes 5 popsicles

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries, thawed

  • 1/4 cup apple juice

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Combine strawberry popsicle ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into 5 of the pop molds. (If you need to purchase a mold, click here)

  3. Repeat process with blueberry popsicle ingredients.

  4. Place in freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight.
